The Central Park Pathways Initiative is the most ambitious project in the Society’s 131-year history. There are many ways to be part of it.
Gifts of any size power our work. Major gifts ($10,000+) to the Central Park Pathways capital campaign include recognition at the Pink Party gala and naming opportunities within the project. Planned giving options — including charitable gift annuities and bequests — are available through the development office.
We welcome foundation support for research, community programs, and the capital campaign. Current funders include the New York Civic Foundation, the Harmon Foundation for Public Health, the Aldrich Foundation, Brecker Philanthropies, and the National Arts Council.
Align your brand with one of New York’s most distinctive civic organizations. Corporate partnerships include employee volunteer engagement, event sponsorship, co-branded research and programming, and workplace color consultations. Our lead partner Hartwell Paints demonstrates how corporate collaboration advances both mission and business objectives. Contact David Yoon Park, Director of Development, for partnership inquiries.
The Pink Party needs 5,000 volunteers. Color Works projects need painters, community liaisons, and skilled tradespeople. The Annual Chromatic Survey needs trained observers. The walking tour program needs docents. The Archive needs organizing help. There is a role for everyone.
Annual membership starts at $75 and includes invitations to Chromatic Conversations lectures, discounts on walking tours and workshops, the annual report, and early access to Pink Party registration. Sustaining memberships ($250+) include a guided private tour of the Archive.
All donations are tax-deductible. The New York Chromatic Society is a 501(c)(3) organization.
Secure payment processing. You will receive a tax receipt by email.
